He sure did like the ladies, especially one in particular, the Czech actress Lida Baarova. Goebbels actually wanted to divorce Magda. Magda however went to Hitler about the affair. Hitler talked Goebbels out of the idea of divorcing Magda, (Goebbels said he would resign his post and move out of Germany) Apparently Hitler cast a bigger spell over Goebbels then Lida Baarova did.

One of the few things "impressive" about the author.

I'd say that it's a cunning way to reach out. I'm not the least impressed with Irving.

I have a copy of Hitlers War by Irving. A big book which would be a lot smaller if you took out the inaccuracies (that's probably a nice way to put it).
