not sure there but i do know dietrich had his own unifroms made by a personal tailor and not by the standard ss tailors he spared no expense on his unifroms i know his great coat was made of doe skin and his cuff titles collar patches etc were made with real gold thread just many of the points about this great commander

he apparently did have the respect of the troops and was often seen on the front line or in the command areas
